We went early on a Saturday morning. We were advised by a friend to arrive early as they can get busy. We had two cars checked. The service staff were very helpful and knowledgeable! Excellent service. They recommended walking to nearby Laguna Beach (15 min walk) while waited and that he would park the cars for us out front if he finished before we returned. He even told us the location of a beach shuttle in case we didn’t want to walk.  They were able to notify the DMV directly from the service center that our cars had passed eliminating extra paperwork. It ended up being a very nice Saturday for us.

I had been putting this off for ages, and thankfully the LB police haven’t noticed my tags aren’t updated. I don’t know why I did put it off, because Laguna Canyon Smog was quick, easy AND they had WiFi, so I could keep busy while they did my car. I was there for less than 45 minutes, and there was another person in front of me.

This place was exactly what I was looking for! I called ahead during my lunch hour to make sure that the wait wouldn’t be too long. They told me there was a 15 min wait to get a smog check but it turned out to be only a 5 min wait before they started working on my car.
The prices are clearly displayed above the counter in the office so there’s no confusion. Service was fast and easy and their customer service was great as well. There’s a TV and current magazines for you to enjoy while you wait but it only takes 15-20 min for the smog check. Perfect!

This is a great smog check place.  I took a chance heading here as I was unable to locate any reviews.  The place is very clean and easy to find. I went in on a Saturday morning and was the only one there.  I was done in less than 15 minutes.    Noah was really nice and professional.  I would highly recommend this place.  Make sure to locate their website and get the twenty dollar off coupon and you will pay about fifty five dollars.

Came in today on my way home from work without an appointment a few minutes before they were about to close for the day. Not a problem! Fred took care of me without question and smogged my car. Was knowledgeable and fast. 🙂 Great service!

Great little shop!  I have an older manual transmission car that requires a STAR station and a technician that can drive a manual to test it.  I called around to several of the places in my area – none could help me (one lost their STAR, the other didn’t have a tech that could drive a stick shift).

Laguna Canyon Smog got me in right away and 25 minutes later the test was done!  I’ll be going back in two years when my smog check is due again.

Noah the owner/operator of Laguna Canyon Smog is a man of his word!! He had me in and out within 15 minute. Very clean shop and waiting room I got my mothers car smog check done but I would even bring our Range Rover to LCSPolite and honest I will recommend this place to all my family and friends.

Noah is an honest, hard working, good as it gets mechanic and Service Shop.
He does not overcharge or try and sell you a bunch of crap (like some other mechanics in Laguna (Laguna Tire & Service)).
If he can’t fix an issue with my car he tells me and point me in the right direction.  He is one of thee most honest and fair mechanics out there.
I wish I had never strayed and let Noah fix my car when it needed it. Now after going somewhere else my car is in worse shape than it has ever.

I walked in approximately at 2 in the afternoon. There were about 3 people ahead of me getting a smog check too but I was in and out in 15 minutes.  The original price for a smog check is $77 but if you check in on yelp you get $32 off. Regular oil changes are $25 and full synthetic is $80. The regular oil change price is the best I’ve seen so far in south orange county.

I have been using Laguna Canyon Smog for years with every car I have owned. Service is always first rate.

I would highly recommend this place to anyone! They were quick and nice while I got my smog completed.

I just had my truck smogged here this morning and it went super smooth. The gentleman that helped me was friendly. The waiting area was clean and I was out of there in 20 minutes. I love giving local businesses a chance. If you are a Laguna local, this is the place for a smog check.
